All images, photos, videos and text on our website are the property of Dreams & Confetti Designs and may not be copied, reproduced or modified at any time, without the written consent from us.

We endeavour to ensure that the descriptions of products are actual and correct.


Photos of each product are for illustrative purposes only. Photos do not give exact colours of the products due to digital displays and light conditions.


We work hard to ensure that all our products will be available to purchase from our website. However, we cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all times.




Offers, sales, promotions etc. are subject to availability. Website codes cannot be used for sale items and all codes are valid to one customer per purchase only. We reserve the right to amend, remove or change promotions.

This offer is available for eligible purchases online at No code is needed at checkout, free delivery is automatically applied. This offer does not apply to Gift Cards and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions. The offer can be used as many times as required. The offer will automatically be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively. The offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. Offer applies to standard delivery only. Minimum spend of £10.00 applies. This offer starts on 1st December 2023; finishes on 15th December 2023. Returned items postage will be paid for by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices shown on our website are correct and can change at any time. Any changes to prices will not take effect to orders already placed and paid for. We reserve the right to change prices and to add/remove offers as and when necessary.


​Prices are in UK Sterling (GBP) and all payments are required before any orders can be fulfilled.




Placing an order on our website is easy. Simply add the required item(s) to your basket and when finished, proceed to Checkout. Here you can review (and amend if necessary) your order and the total price, including delivery charges – please ensure that you check your order carefully, including personalisation before committing to purchase.




It is vital that you provide all necessary information to complete your order at checkout. If you realise that you've provided incorrect or incomplete information on your order, please contact us immediately at If we've already processed your order, we will not be able to amend the order.


In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order for whatever reason, we will email you with an explanation. Any monies that have already been paid will be refunded back to your original payment method within 14 days.





We aim to process your order as soon as it comes through our system, so there is a very small window in which you can cancel your order. Our current time-frame for cancellations is one hour from receipt of your order. If the order has already been processed, you will need to take delivery of your order and then return it to us.

Any and all personalised/customised products are excluded from our cancellation policy.




We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you change your mind for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund (excluding postage) or exchange within 14 days from date of delivery, exclusions apply:


  1. All returned products MUST be in an unused and resalable condition.

  2. All returns MUST be sent via a tracked and signature service.

  3. Personalised products are excluded from cancellation, return, exchange or refund.

  4. Customised products are excluded from cancellation, return, exchange or refund.


For a smooth return and refund process, please follow the steps outline below:

1. Please fill this FORM in to start the return and refund process. We cannot accept any return or refund applications without this completed form.


2. Item(s) will need to be returned, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition within 14 days from delivery date. The return address is RETURNS, Dreams & Confetti Designs, 10 Deyley Way, Singleton, Ashford, Kent TN23 5HX.


3. You are responsible for payment of all postage costs to return the item(s). We strongly recommend using a trackable and signed for service, as we cannot be held responsible for items missing in transit.


4. Once the item(s) has been received in the office, we shall fully inspect the product(s) and once we are satisfied that it has not been used and in a resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days.


5. If the products returned are unsalable, we will use our discretion as to whether to issue a partial refund.




Products that have been personalised or customised are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to offer any exchanges, or refunds if you've changed your mind, dislike the product or entered the wrong personalisation details.




Please ensure that all texts, dates, spellings etc. are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot be held responsible by customer error. No refund will be given for customer error.




In the very rare instance where we have made an error, we will replace the product and dispatch it you, but no refund will be given.




If you receive a damaged item through the postal service, please contact us immediately at with photo evidence of the damage. We will require photos to show the postal service as proof of the damage and to issue you with a replacement or refund.




  • All orders are made to order.

  • Generic products will be made and dispatched generally within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Personalised and Customised orders will be made and dispatched usually within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated.




We offer three standard delivery options. Royal Mail is our preferred carrier, they may be a little bit more expensive than the others, but we trust Royal Mail to get our products to you.

  • STANDARD : £4.99 [T48 + Signature : est. delivery in 2 working days]

  • PRIORITY : £5.99 [T24 + Signature : est. delivery next working day] 

  • URGENT : £8.99 [Order priority + T24 + Signature : est. delivery next working day]

  • FREE STANDARD delivery for orders over £60.00.

All delivery services include a tracking number, insurance, requires a signature on delivery and provides proof of delivery.


​Postal delays can happen, especially during busy periods such as the Christmas season or when there's an industrial strike, please allow at least 7 days for delivery before contacting us.​




We are unable to ship internationally from this website. Please visit our ETSY store to purchase items to be shipped anywhere in the world; except Germany.




When orders are dispatched, you will be notified by email with a tracking number (if available) and estimated delivery timescale. These estimated delivery timescales are managed by Royal Mail and are completely out of our control.


If you do not receive your order after 7 working days from notification of shipping, please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail to find out about your order.




It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address details are correct at checkout and at submitting their order.


We will not be held responsible for 'customer error' if your order is not delivered as a result of the wrong delivery information given.


Should this occur and we receive the order back to the office, we can resend the order to the correct address once the additional postage payment has been made.




In the unlikely but unfortunate event that your order has been received damaged, you MUST report the damage with photographic evidence to us within 48 hours of delivery, via email at


Photographic evidence of any damaged products and its packaging must be received by us, via email, to qualify for a replacement. All replacements will be a "like for like" product only.




Credit and debit card payments are taken at checkout through a third party secure payment gateway – Square.


At no time do have any access to your card details or financial records.


Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.




We reserve the right to refuse to customise our products with official markings, pictures or logos that are copyrighted or trademarked.
